Terms of Services
We provide a range of creative and digital services, including but not limited to UI/UX design, website design and development, brand identity creation, ecommerce solutions, graphic design, packaging design, ongoing website updates, and virtual assistant support. Each project or subscription will have its exact scope, deliverables, and timeline outlined in a custom proposal, subscription agreement, or estimate before work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
We believe in transparency and fairness with all payments. For project-based work, a non-refundable advance payment of 30%–50% is required before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final approved assets or completion of the project. For longer or more complex engagements, milestone-based payments can be arranged and will be detailed in the proposal. For subscription services, payment is billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of work, delayed deliverables, or late fees. We encourage prompt, open communication regarding any billing questions.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project or subscription at any time; however, the initial deposit (for projects) or the current billing cycle payment (for subscriptions) is non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all completed work up to that point, including research, design, and any associated costs. UXOcean may terminate a project or subscription due to non-responsiveness, abusive conduct, breach of terms, or repeated non-payment. All completed work and intellectual property rights remain with UXOcean until full payment is received.

Confidentiality
During our work together, you may share private business information, creative ideas, or strategic materials with us. We treat all such information as confidential and will never share it with third parties without your consent. We also expect you to respect our internal processes, proprietary workflows, and creative methods. If necessary, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive project information and maintain a trustworthy working relationship.
