Returns & Refunds Policy
At UXOcean, we strive to deliver exceptional creative services and client satisfaction. Because our work is service-based and often customized, our refund and cancellation policy is structured to be fair while respecting the time and resources invested in each project.

Project-Based Services
We operate with transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment typically 30% to 50%—before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of assets or completion of the project. For larger or long term projects, milestone-based payments may be set up and included in the proposal. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed deliverables, temporary suspension of work, a late fee. We appreciate prompt and clear communication around any billing questions.
Billing Cycles – Subscription payments are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once the cycle has begun.
Cancellation – You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Renewals – It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Subscription Services
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. If you cancel after work has begun within your cycle, you will still have access to the service until the end of the billing period. In rare cases, UXOcean may choose to terminate a subscription due to non-responsiveness, abusive behavior, breach of terms, or repeated failure to meet payment obligations. All completed work and intellectual property rights remain with UXOcean until all outstanding balances are fully paid.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund requests outside of these standard terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
