Due to the digital nature of our products, uxocean has a strict refund and return policy. By using our services, you agree to these terms. - Refund Policy
- Custom Design Services: Payments for custom work are final. Refunds will only be issued if uxocean fails to deliver the agreed-upon design work. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases where work has begun but is incomplete due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but access to design assets will continue until the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service, please contact us for a refund of the excess amount.
- Dissatisfaction with Design Work: Since design is subjective, we offer a revision policy as outlined in the service agreement. If the final delivery does not meet your expectations after revisions, refunds will not be issued.
- Returns Policy
Since our products are digital, we do not accept returns. If files have technical issues, we will work to resolve them. - Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact info@uxocean.agency with your order details. Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. - Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. - Changes to Policy
